U.S. Department of Energy

Working with CONSOL Energy, DOE is helping design the PFBC-EET Process Test Facility. Under a cooperative R & D agreement, DOE is supporting PFBC-EET in building its computerized Fuel Impact Model™, which will enable PFBC-EET to determine final commercial plant design parameters.
